The Grand Akhyati Villas and Spa in Bali is located at the quite and serene village of Umalas on the outskirt of Seminyak. The location of GrandAkhyati Villas and Spa in Bali is approximately 40 minutes from the Ngurah Rai International Airport. The travelers arriving at this air terminal can hire taxis or avail shuttle buses which connect the airport with the hotel location.


Villa Facilities:
With the concept of wild living on more than 6,000 m2 of land, we create a breathtaking environment for a convenient stay. Our verdant nice bush and palm have become an appealing sojourn and playground for a variety of cereal-eater birds. Just like within a mini bird park, you could also rejoice in their melodious singings and twitters while relaxing in the living room or soaking in the pool.

Accommodation:
In whole, we have 10 spacious elegant villas for exquisite living consisting 6 one-bedroom villas (over 180m2), 3 two-bedroom villas (over 250m2) and 1 most spacious three-bedroom villa. All villas are designed in modern stylish interiors and well equipped with king-size bed, private pool, semi-open living area, teakwood stylish dining table, modern-styled mosaic bathroom, Japanese wooden style bathtub, kitchenette and shower.

One Bedroom Villa:
The one bedroom villa are approximately 200 square meters with a private pool of 4m X 4m. The Villa featuring a spacious sitting and dining area as well as bathroom, area ideally for honeymooners. The villa available for 6 (six) untits.

Two Bedroom Villas:
There are three villas spreading on 250m2 of land and presenting roomier space for your move and life. All villas are endowed with private pool along with other standard grand facilities. These villas are good for family travelers.

For homey and convenient living, each villa has been provided with standard supporting facilities such as multi stereo system, flat screen television, satellite television, mini bar, individually controlled air-conditioning, electronic safe deposit box and IDD telephone.
