VIP Airport

This service is offered for
passenger of all flights, any airline companies, arriving
the International Airport Ngurah Rai Denpasar Bali.
Our VIP Airport Service includes express passing for
you at the Visa On Arrival (VOA)
Counter, passport control and also sanitary control, in case
if necessary, accompanied by a representative of our
agency. The service
we offer for individual or
group travelers. VIP Airport Arrival Service will allow you
to save precious time at the airport
(sometimes up to 2 hours) and as to
avoid every possible difficulty at customs house.
No hussle or long time waiting. Our
representative will accompany with you from the arrival hall
to pick up zone, solving all formalities caused by the
official registration of your papers, delivery of luggage,
etc
Procedure on
Arrival:
Our friendly staff waits you at the arrival hall
before the VOA counter with a sign with your name on it.
Just a few sepps out of the airplane.
You should handover your passport, arrival card, money for
buying Visa on Arrival if is required (US$ 10 for 7days of
stay or US$ 25 for 30 days of stay). You
will be guided then to the
passport control on a fast track.
After that the passenger picks up their luggage on a
first-come, first-served basis. Then you are guided with our
staff quick through the customs, (our staff will accompany
you to avoid every possible difficulties at customs) and
come out to the airport’s pick up zone. Our staff brings
you to your
driver, taxi counter, transfer agend,
travel agend or hotel representive
outside the airport.

Airport Departure Service:
This
service is for all passengers of all flights, any airline. You should come up to Departure terminal
at least two hours before the departure time and
meet our VIP Airport Guide. You should handover tickets,
passport, Airport tax (Rp. 150.000
per Pers.) and check in baggage to our staff.
Then our VIP Guide take you
to the departure area for formalities procedure
and check-in. Our VIP Guide take
you quick through the customs control, registration and passport
control direct to the departure waiting room or to VIP Lounge
(additional order). The boarding is performed without assistance.
This Departure Service for only USD 20 per person.

VIP Airport Lounge at Departure:
This service is
offered for the passenger of all flights, any airline companies
leaving the International Air Port Ngurah Rai Denpasar Bali.
The service is offered to departure terminal for
individual or group travelers. You have access
to the VIP Dewata Lounge with free drinks,
free food and snacks, free internet terminals, comfortable
lounge chairs and air strip view.
This service cost you just USD 23 per person.
